All reproductive losses and choices deserve to be honored and supported.

This isn’t something you have to wade through alone.

Pregnancy loss and other reproductive losses are often things that people struggle with in silence, without the support and care that we expect from other life events. The cultural stigma around these pregnancy outcomes can lead to feelings of isolation, shame, and unreleased grief. Having access to resources, basic care, nourishment and ritual during these moments centers the person experiencing loss, and supports them in making informed decisions about how they want to experience what they are going through.

All losses and transitions are spaces where care is needed. All reproductive outcomes deserve dignity and respect.

What losses are held?

I offer full-spectrum loss services, which include support for those experiencing abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth, and other reproductive losses and transitions.

The care I provide is rooted in my training as a death doula, as well as my work as a sexuality educator. It is also informed by trainings on pregnancy loss and abortion support through Molly Dutton-Kenny, Daena Horner, and Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings. All of my work is grounded in a commitment to body autonomy and a deep practice of liberation.

What does support look like?

Doula services can be helpful before the loss occurs, during the loss itself, and/or during the postpartum period to assist healing and integration. Every situation is different, and we will work together to find a care plan that fits your needs.

The services offered include:

*educated, non judgmental support before, during and after the loss or release

*knowledge of the physical process and sensations the body will be going through

*non medical techniques to ease symptoms and increase comfort

*resource sharing to support informed decision making about care

*nourishing iron rich soups and foods for healing during the postpartum period

*coordinating childcare, pet care, meal trains and other logistical needs with your support team

*ritual making and memorial facilitation

*art making, journaling, space holding and creative ways to integrate loss

*companioning

*a safe container in which to process past reproductive losses and choices that still need healing.

How much does it cost?

I work with each person to create a payment option that is accessible for their financial situation. All services are offered on sliding scale, with certain full scholarships available as needed. Please reach out with any questions, or to request a free 30 min consultation call.
